GROWTH GROUPS

At North River Church, we embrace God’s call for every believer to Live Sent. Living Sent brings the Gospel into everything we SAY, THINK, and DO.  That's why our mission statement is challenging one another to find everyday opportunities to pursue and point to Jesus.

We believe our Growth Groups are important because relationships with each other matter! Growth Groups help us build and maintain community. They are coordinated to walk with our teaching in worship. They are NOT a sermon review; they are a deeper dive into the scriptures for life transformation through application and response.

We do this by using the H.E.A.R. method of reading
Highlight: verse(s) that stick out
Explain: what they mean in their context
Apply: them to life
Respond: to them personally
